Refund Policy
Last Updated: June 15, 2026
1. General Terms
Since Indo App provides digital assets and credit-based services (AI-generated videos) which are consumed immediately upon generation, all purchases of access plans and credit packages are generally final and non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following special circumstances:
- Technical Failures: If you are charged for a service or credit package, but a technical issue on our system prevents you from receiving your credits or generating videos, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- Duplicate Charges: If you are billed multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment gateway or billing error.
- Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK): If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used any credits or accessed the core features of the service.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You have already used the purchased credits to generate videos.
- You change your mind after the purchase is complete.
- Your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- The quality or style of the AI-generated video is not to your personal preference (AI generation is subject to algorithmic variations and input quality, and results are subjective).
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact our support team through the official Indo App Telegram bot (or by emailing us at support@vicoengine.com) and provide the following details:
- Your Telegram Username or User ID.
- The invoice or transaction ID from Paddle.
- A detailed description of the issue or the reason for your refund request.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refund requests are processed via Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
