2. Description of Service

Vico Engine provides AI-driven motion control video generation and social media publishing tools. The service allows users to generate videos based on motion references and publish them to connected social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

3. User Accounts

The Service is primarily accessed through Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. Any actions taken through your account are your responsibility.

4. Credits and Payments

Vico Engine operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate videos. Access plans and credit packages are subject to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Content Restrictions

You may not use Vico Engine to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

The AI models and software powering Vico Engine are the property of Vico Engine or its licensors. Users retain ownership of the input content they provide, but grant Vico Engine a license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
